Fire & Smoke

It’s hard to imagine anything more traumatizing than a fire in your property. Even a small fire can cause extensive damage. Fire damage restoration is the process of restoring a property back to pre-loss condition after sustaining damage to fire, smoke and soot. Upon arrival, our emergency response teams will secure your property with the focus on preventing further damage from occurring. One of the first items we will address is your contents and what items need immediate attention to salvage. An inventory may be prepared and your contents carefully removed to a controlled environment for restoration and storage. Throughout the process, smoke odors must be neutralized in all remaining building components. Unexpectedly having to rebuild your property is very different than new construction. Variables including different building materials, new design elements to match the pre-existing finish selections all have to be matched to the remaining structure. We will follow the governing code/ordinance requirements. We will follow a detailed process of inspection and evaluation to create a thorough scope of work in order to restore your property to a pre-loss condition.
